AdFed continually serves our members, advertising community, and community at large through the hard work of our committees. The Public Service Committee has delivered pro-bono advertising campaigns (from production to placement) for more than 10 local non-profit organizations, with a total value of more than $500,000 in the past 5 years alone. Our Government Relations Committee is hard at work monitoring the state legislature to be sure that laws aren’t passed that will adversely affect our members, their clients, or our community. The Advertising Education Committee works with students of all ages, bringing advertising and marketing trends to the forefront of their curriculum. The Cultural Diversity Committee works to ensure that the voices are heard, and the needs are met, of all Central Oregonians. Our Programs Committee presents monthly AdBite programs led by industry leading speakers on hot topics in advertising and marketing to the members and community at large. The Drake Awards Committee showcases the talents and hard work of our members at a well-attended, annual gala. The best of the best go on to compete at the district and national level, where many awards come back home to Central Oregon. The Creative and Marketing Conference Committee executes a local conference boasting an impressive panel of speakers, attracting advertising and marketing professionals from all over the West.
